Dental Insurance

Please understand insurance is a method of payment and does not determine treatment.  Your treatment needs may be greater than your insurance coverage.  As a courtesy, we will file your claim(s) for you provided we have complete and accurate insurance information on file.  This office participates with Delta Dental Premier & Cigna PPO.  All other insurance carrier payments are accepted on a reasonable and customary basis.  All amounts not paid by insurance are your responsibility as the patient.
